Which artificial lift method suits my well?
Plunger lift suits low-volume, high gas-liquid ratio wells. Jet pumps suit sandy, gassy, deviated and horizontal wells up to 90°. Beam pumping covers a wide range of rod-lift applications. Send us your well data and our engineers will recommend a system.
Can you manufacture discontinued parts?
Yes. With in-house engineering, casting, welding, machining and testing, we build discontinued parts, or parts designed by you or a third party, for your existing lift and pressure control equipment.
What BOP sizes and pressure ratings do you build?
ULT BOPs are built to API 16A with bores from 2 9/16 in to 30 in and ratings from 500 to 20,000 psi. Bodies are cast or forged, with manual or hydraulic locking.
How efficient is the permanent magnet motor?
A beam pumping unit driven by a ULT permanent magnet motor reaches 93% or higher total efficiency. A belt-driven asynchronous motor typically lands between 72 and 77%.
